I got back from a week at 108 Retreat last week. What an amazing experience! I have done a few yoga retreats in Portugal, Spain and Thailand, but this was excellent and exceeded all expectations. From the first initial contact with Ricarrdo he would reply to any questions I had regarding travel, accommodation, how to get there etc with an hour or two. Was excellent. As every other person who has left a review for 108 Retreat, Federico"s Yoga and Meditation knowledge, skill and his plan for the week for us was Unbelievable! You really have to book this place to get the proper experience. There was a couple yoga instructors there for Federico to brush up skill for there own practice! AMAZING! I also left there with 2 new pals. Riccardo and Federico. All round lovely, genuine, hardworking lads who aim to provide a top class Retreat. If you are looking for a safe space to evolve your soul and someone to guide you into deeper presence in your daily life, then you should meet Agni. For me each breathwork session was a very powerful accelerator in recognising and realising the essence of my true self. I attended one of Agni’s breathwork classes and it had a profound impact on me. I’ve now signed up to some online classes and will definitely be attending in person when I am back in Lagos. Agni is amazing at what she does. Very intuitive, in her sessions her beautiful guidance is always what you need to hear. She is very approachable, understanding and encouraging. I would highly recommend her tantra package of daily meditations, her massage and her wonderful chakra/tantra embodiment class. I had the chance to pracitce Ashtanga mysore in Agni Way during my stay in Lagos and had great impressions of Agni and her teaching style , I felt very comfortable and at peace from the first moment I entered her studio. You can feel the calm energy and really get connected to your body while practicing in such a quality environment; I loved Agni's adjustments and her delicate touch , it helped me a lot in understanding my body better. Definitely recommended and I'll come back for sure when I am back in Lagos.
